Pacific Federal Construction is an SBA 8a certified small business general contractor. We have a strong ownership team as well as administrative and sub contractor support that gives us the capacity to perform various projects. We have a consulting division that allows us to provide cost effective guidance, performance, and safety for your projects.
Our ownership, management, and administrative staff are qualified skilled professionals with a proven record of performance in the commercial and residential disciplines of construction. We are capable of performing, general construction, new construction, remodels, tenant improvements, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and roofing. With our combined decades of experience and leadership we can handle most federal, private or municipal jobs.
With our Joint Venture partnership and guidance, we plan to further focus our pursuit and put a heavy emphasis on federal government, IDIQ, municipal and military contracts.
Had an 18-year history in the Banking industry as an Executive and Officer in the banking and credit union sector. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from University of Washington in Business Management in 1993. Obtained CSE and CUCE designations and during his time in the industry worked directly with builders and developers in various facets of the industry. Also holds certifications in the construction industry in QC, OSHEA 30 and as an Asbestos supervisor. In 2007 he starts his first business with a partner and later sold out in 2011.
As President his commitment is to team with the SBA as an SBA 8a participant and to further grow into the Federal Government construction sector and become a community resource in all facets of the construction industry.
In August 2013 Pacific Federal Construction LLC was accepted into the SBA 8a program as a minority owned business. We are affiliated with the Portland Oregon District Office and are located in Region 10 headquartered out of Seattle WA. The goal and vision of the SBA is to aid and assist small businesses build and grow in the in the national marketplace through a number of programs and divisions.
